Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every room at no extra charge.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged one night’s rate. Contact us directly to modify an existing reservation. Read the full booking terms.
Do you offer airport or station pickup?
Yes, we can arrange an airport or station pickup. Tick the pickup option when you request your booking, or message us on WhatsApp. Because fuel prices and other factors change, we agree the price with you directly before your stay rather than quoting a fixed fee.
Is the swimming pool available to all guests?
The pool is exclusively for in-house guests and is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Lifeguard service is available during peak hours.
How does booking and payment work?
Choose your apartment and dates and send a booking request. No payment is taken on the website. Our reservations team will contact you to confirm availability and agree how you will pay. Your booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it with you.
